Tom Scotto worked with Alan Osman and Alexis Kopikis of Propel Consulting to integrate and redesign Apptix’s softphone, Web Messenger and Video Conference features.

In addition to user interface design, Tom Scotto was responsible for wireframe development and requirements specification.

The Apptix Console allows users to quickly access the common functionality of each module and determine presence.

The modular application integrated the softphone, instant message and video conference functionality.

Settings and configuration was expanded to include the additional provider information.
