The Framework

Exploration The exploration process consists of a 4-5 hour on-site session. During this time we will gather key information and explore your company’s products, services, clients and approach. This session is usually attended by decision makers, as well as, managers and employees in the field. A list of needed information and discussion topics will be distributed prior to the session to allow everyone time to prepare. |
Ideation All of the information, comments and notes from our session will be compiled and organized into a well structured document. Within 2 days you will receive this document plus a list of recommendations and decisions that need to be considered in order to begin designing your materials. In addition, the initial Design Roadmap will be created to present options, priorities, deadlines and estimated design and production costs. |
Definition The definition process consists of a 2-3 hour follow-up session with just your company’s decision-makers. During this time we will finalize the Design Roadmap and define the requirements for each sales & marketing piece to be created. You will receive the updated Design Roadmap and Design Requirements within 2 days of the follow-up meeting. Additional time may be required depending on the number of marketing pieces to be defined. |
