The Framework

Exploration The exploration process consists of a 5-7 hour on-site session. During this time we will gather key information and explore your company’s products, services, clients and approach. This session is usually attended by decision makers, as well as, managers and employees in the field. A list of needed information and discussion topics will be distributed prior to the session to allow everyone time to prepare. |
Ideation All of the information, comments and notes from our session will be compiled and organized into a well structured document. Within 2 days you will receive this document plus a list of recommendations and decisions that need to be considered in order to begin defining your services. In addition, the initial Service Inventory Worksheet will be created to assess the steps, hours, resources and cost of implementation. |
Definition The service definition process consists of 1 or more session with just your company’s decision-makers and service product managers. During this time we will finalize the Service Inventory Worksheet and begin defining, packaging and determininig metrics for each service. The amount of time required depends on the length of the engagement and the number of services explored. |
